I am Caroline, welcome to my website.

I have loved to travel since I was little. I vividly remember my first family holiday to Scotland when I was six years old. That was back in the 1970’s and my father drove us from Norfolk to Lanarkshire in our Triumph 2000. Amazingly, we didn’t break down!

Since then, I have travelled extensively in Europe and have visited over 30 European countries. I have also travelled to several countries in the Indian Ocean, parts of Africa and to the Carribean.

In 2011, I travelled on my own to New York on what was supposed to be a four-night stay. However, hurricane Irene arrived during my trip, the whole of New York was totally shut down and all flights cancelled. Initially I thought this would be a temporary setback, however I wasn’t able to get another flight for 2 weeks!

So, I spent almost 3 weeks in Manhattan, moved hotel 3 times and spent a small fortune! I had an awesome time though, I know Manhattan quite extensively now, and being a huge tennis fan, I was delighted to travel to Queens and attend the US open. I visited so many other amazing places during my enforced stay and I guess it’s lucky that I am happy in my own company.

I am happy to travel with a partner, with friends, or on my own. Since my first cruise over 20 years ago, I have been hooked, and it is one of my favourite ways to holiday. I also love flying and everything to do with aircraft.

My passion for planes began at an early age. My father, former RAF Regiment, would take our family to RAF bases to watch the planes take off. Mum would make a picnic, and Dad would teach my brother and me all about the aircraft and how to identify them.

I am a little too old to become an airline pilot, but I have had a few flying lessons, and I am seriously considering taking my PPL.

Using the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years along with my numerous contacts around the world; I get immense pleasure from researching and planning trips for clients.
